I led digital and brand across all twenty-plus venues. Acquisition, campaign performance, community management. A hospitality market where a bad week showed up in the numbers immediately. The work was the first time I owned full-group brand coherence at scale.

Cross-channel tracking gave leadership visibility they hadn't had. What was actually working. Venue by venue, channel by channel. Better campaigns, yes. More importantly, better budget decisions across the group from then on.
